About RazorBack BBQ:
In 2003, RazorBack began with a home-made welded cylinder as Newfield's Marty Fennimore began catering for all his friends' events!
A few month's later,a 4ft trailer was donated and RazorBack BBQ became mobile.
Friends were in love with his pulled pork and recommended him for graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, and small catering events.
A couple of years later Micky Roof, owner Of The Jewel Box in Ithaca, gave RazorBack the opportunity to set up in her parking lot.
RazorBack's Famous Chicken and Rib BBQ's were now available every Saturday!
It became so big , RazorBack started setting up on Sundays, too. They continued to sell out of chicken and rib dinners.
In 2005, RazorBack also plugged into the local festival scene, with MuseFest, Brew Fest and other local happenings.
Then at the closing of another great season in September 2007, the original RazorBack smoker was stolen.
Family, friends and fans of RazorBack pulled together with donations in which Marty, along with his close friend "Spider", created an even BIGGER & BETTER RazorBack Smoker.
They pulled together for the best season ever, never skipping a beat in 2008.
Realizing they needed a bigger kitchen to keep up with demand, they began looking for options so RazorBack could continue delivering the best in Texas-style, real smoked BBQ to the area.
Then J. Harmon presented RazorBack with The Haunt's kitchen, where Danielle had worked for almost 9 years.
It was like family.
Combining the ultimate Live Music Venue and the Best BBQ, thus began The Haunt RazorBack BBQ!
